Is this ‘accident’ a veiled attack against well-water / septic landowners prominent along Potomac River?
If genuine accident, is the year-long disastrous plan allowing leakage and seepage of hundreds of millions of gallons of “raw sewage” into the main river of the nation’s capital somehow weaponized?
It wasn’t two months ago the cartoon about (and posted by!) Pres Trump dive-bombing feces onto protestors. Maybe it’s time to stop presuming “coinciDUNCE” and instead reading deeply, darkly into the stink.
