David L.Gadis (head of DC water board) was sued over flint Michigan water mismanagement. When hired in DC he prioritized firing white males.

I just retired from a sewage treatment plant we were taken over by a big company 10 years ago mostly women or gay men in supervisory positions. You’re not allowed to use any tool because you might get hurt I had to retire I couldn’t take it.
