mosquitoes carrying Wolbachia. They state it is not GMO/genetic engineering.
Wolbachia bacteria causes “incompatible mating”
EPA — Emerging Mosquito Control Technologies Explains Wolbachia mosquito releases cause incompatible mating / fewer offspring in mosquitoes.
https://www.epa.gov/regulation-biotechnology-under-tsca-and-fifra/emerging-mosquito-control-technologies
“Incompatible mating” means the male’s sperm and female’s egg are biologically mismatched due to Wolbachia, causing embryo failure in mosquito eggs after fertilization. Technical term: cytoplasmic incompatibility.
Official claim is Wolbachia can never harm humans. Just like cigarettes. And glyphosate. And DDT. And the COVID vaccines. And everything else ultimately proven to be false, deception, outright lie…

4. Published Depopulative Schemes, Agendae
“Involuntary fertility control”
Ecoscience pp. 787–789 — the 1,400-page textbook co-authored by John Holdren, Obama’s Science Czar
https://zombietime.com/john_holdren
“Adding a sterilant to drinking water or staple foods is a suggestion that seems to horrify people more than most proposals for involuntary fertility control.”
“Indeed, this would pose some very difficult political, legal, and social questions, to say nothing of the technical problems.”
“To be acceptable, such a substance would have to meet some rather stiff requirements: it must be uniformly effective, despite widely varying doses received by individuals, and despite varying degrees of fertility and sensitivity among individuals; it must be free of dangerous or unpleasant side effects; and it must have no effect on members of the opposite sex, children, old people, pets, or livestock.”
“Physiologist Melvin Ketchel, of the Tufts University School of Medicine, suggested that a sterilant could be developed that had a very specific action—for example, preventing implantation of the fertilized ovum.”
“He proposed that it be used to reduce fertility levels by adjustable amounts, anywhere from five to 75 percent, rather than to sterilize the whole population completely.”
“In this way, fertility could be adjusted from time to time to meet a society’s changing needs, and there would be no need to provide an antidote.”
So, “They” are thinking about mass sterilization, consequent depopulation and publishing at least one massive 1,400-page textbook exploring ways on how to accomplish this anti-human agenda.

Maryland’s Potomac River, source of most of the drinking water for the nation’s capital, was found to be contaminated by “feminizing” endocrine / hormone disruptors, creating what was popularized as “gay frogs”. This was during the regime of Maryland Governor Ehrlich (whose familial history been kept hidden to this day). The other two co-authors of the ECOSCIENCE depopulative tome were named Ehrlich. Could there be some familial connection?

9. Plum Island Zoonotic Disease Dev – Bio-Weaponized Ticks
Lab 257: The Disturbing Story of the Government’s Secret Plum Island Germ Laboratory
Author: Michael C. Carroll
Core Thesis
The book argues that Plum Island Animal Disease Center, a U.S. government bio-research lab off Long Island, has a long history of secrecy, safety failures, questionable experiments, and possible links to disease outbreaks.
Main Topics
- Plum Island’s origin: Former military site turned animal disease research lab.
- Biowarfare history: The book connects early research to Cold War biological warfare programs.
- Nazi scientist claims: Carroll discusses alleged recruitment/use of former Nazi germ-warfare expertise.
- Security/safety problems: Repeated claims of lab leaks, lax protocols, aging infrastructure, and employee concerns.
- Disease outbreak theories: The book speculates about connections to:
- Lyme disease
- West Nile virus
- Foot-and-mouth disease risks
- Government secrecy: A major theme is that agencies avoided transparency and minimized public scrutiny.
Key Argument
Carroll does not present Plum Island as merely a harmless animal-disease lab. He frames it as a risky, secretive facility where accidents or coverups may have had major public-health consequences.
Tone / Style
Investigative, dramatic. It reads more like an exposé than neutral academic history. Important Caveat Many claims are controversial. Some are documented through interviews, archives, and government records; others are speculative or disputed by scientists and officials.
Big Takeaway
Lab 257 is about distrust: distrust of secret government labs, biological research oversight, and official explanations when dangerous pathogens are involved.
Why “Lyme” disease is named after Lyme / Old Lyme, CT
In the mid-1970s, mothers in the Lyme / Old Lyme / East Haddam area of Connecticut noticed an unusual cluster of children with arthritis-like symptoms. Polly Murray is usually credited as a key parent who pushed doctors to investigate.
Yale doctors, especially Allen Steere, investigated in 1975–1977 and described “Lyme arthritis.” Later it became clear the illness was tick-borne and multi-system, so “Lyme disease” became the broader name.
In 1982, Willy Burgdorfer identified the spirochete bacterium: Borrelia burgdorferi.
Important correction: the Orient Point–New London ferry passes near Plum Island and lands in New London, CT — not Old Lyme. But Old Lyme/Lyme are nearby across the Connecticut River region, roughly in the same coastal corridor.
Plum Island geography
Plum Island sits off the eastern end of Long Island, close to Connecticut’s coast. It is near:
- Orient Point, NY
- Fishers Island Sound
- New London, CT
- Lyme / Old Lyme region by coastal proximity
This geography is why the Plum Island theory feels intuitive: secret animal disease lab + ferry traffic + nearby Lyme outbreak area.
USDA / Plum Island history
Plum Island Animal Disease Center was created in the 1950s to study dangerous foreign animal diseases, especially foot-and-mouth disease.
Key timeline:
- Fort Terry was an old military site on Plum Island.
- Early Cold War biological warfare research occurred there under Army-linked programs.
- In 1954, the USDA took over and operated Plum Island as an animal disease research center.
- In 2003, operational responsibility moved to DHS, with USDA still involved scientifically.
Officially, Plum Island’s mission was livestock disease defense — preventing catastrophic agricultural outbreaks. But critics argue there was overlap between “defensive animal disease research” and earlier biowarfare work.
Eric / Erich Traub
Erich Traub was a German virologist/veterinarian who worked under the Nazi regime and later interacted with U.S. biological warfare scientists after WWII.
Claims around him:
- He had expertise in animal viruses.
- He was connected to Nazi-era biological research.
- He was brought into U.S. postwar scientific/intelligence circles, often discussed in the Operation Paperclip context.
- He reportedly consulted with U.S. biological warfare or animal disease researchers.
- Lab 257 and similar accounts tie him conceptually to Plum Island’s early setup.
The strong version of the theory says Traub’s expertise helped shape Plum Island research and that tick/vector work may have been connected. The conservative historical version: Traub was a real figure with real animal-disease expertise and postwar U.S. contact, but direct proof that he created or seeded Lyme disease is not established.
Tick biowarfare development
This part is real in broad outline: the U.S. biological warfare program did study insects/arthropods as delivery systems.
During the Cold War, U.S. programs examined mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, and other vectors for potential biological warfare use. Fort Detrick was central to U.S. biowarfare. There were experiments involving infected insects and disease transmission.
So the statement “the U.S. studied ticks and insects for biowarfare” is accurate. That happened. The harder claim is: “Lyme disease specifically came from Plum Island or a U.S. tick weapon program.” That remains unproven.
The Lab 257 thesis
Michael Carroll’s Lab 257 argues roughly:
- Plum Island had a deeper biowarfare history than the public understood.
- USDA/DOD boundaries were blurrier than official narratives suggest.
- Safety and containment were imperfect.
- Diseased animals, birds, ticks, or other vectors could theoretically escape or spread pathogens.
- Lyme disease emerged suspiciously close to Plum Island.
- Therefore Plum Island may have played a role in Lyme’s emergence or spread.
It’s an exposé-style argument, not settled science.
Main counterpoint: Lyme existed before 1975
This is the strongest objection to the “created at Plum Island” theory.
Evidence suggests Borrelia-like Lyme bacteria existed long before the 1970s:
- Ancient DNA studies show related Borrelia bacteria in old tick/human samples.
- European Lyme-like disease descriptions existed before the Connecticut outbreak.
- The 1970s event may have been the first major U.S. medical recognition, not the origin of the organism.
So: Lyme disease was likely not invented from scratch in the 1970s. More plausible possibilities, if one entertains Plum Island involvement, would be:
- accidental amplification,
- ecological disturbance,
- movement of infected ticks/animals,
- introduction of a strain to a new area,
- or unrelated coincidence plus better recognition.
Best balanced conclusion
What is solid:
- Lyme disease was named after Lyme, CT because of a 1970s cluster.
- Plum Island was nearby and had secretive animal disease research.
- USDA operated Plum Island for decades.
- U.S. biowarfare programs studied arthropod vectors.
- Erich Traub was a real postwar animal-virus expert tied to German and U.S. biological
research circles. - Plum Island had controversy and safety concerns.
What is not proven:
- That Lyme disease was engineered.
- That Traub created it.
- That USDA intentionally or accidentally released Lyme from Plum Island.
- That the 1975 outbreak was definitely a lab leak.
Most likely mainstream view:
Lyme disease emerged from existing enzootic cycles involving deer, mice, ticks, land-use change, suburbanization, reforestation, and increased human tick exposure.
Most suspicious-but-not-proven view:
Plum Island’s history, location, and Cold War vector research make it a legitimate subject for investigation, but the public evidence does not prove causation.
Re-consider that some, many, most, or even all of the past sudden outbreaks, infestations, swarms of insects — usually taken at face value (ticks, moths, lantern bugs, stink bugs, whatever) — are in fact part of a diabolical, depopulative agenda.
What does the collected evidence reveal to you?
