The explanation I was given by a very pleasant lady/agent, was that in April I was placed on a “budget billing plan” which I had been told would be $98 a month. Then their Energy Adviisory Departments adjusted that payment “to make sure that “you don’t get hit with a huge” bill at the end of the year. An explanation straight out of science fiction!
That department is going “to review” their reckoning and get back to me within 5 days. I told them to immediately remove from the “budget billing plan” Is anyone else experiencing these horrific bills?
