These people won’t be able to move because who is going to buy their homes? No one wants to live near that. These residents need to band together and file a lawsuit for the loss of their home values and loss of quality of life due to the data facility. I am also pretty sure sleep deprivation is explicitly prohibited under international humanitarian law.
